Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Returns are not accepted nor refunds issued unless there is a misrepresentation in quality or condition of the item. By purchasing, you have acknowledged that you have seen and thoroughly inspected the pictures and are satisfied with the condition of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, if applicable.
Items are purchased in "as is" condition and must be inspected before purchase for any damage, stains, imperfections, or discoloration. Please check the pictures for these as well as if items can stand on their own. If the item is leaning on the background, it may or may not be able to stand on it's own. For keshi figures, there may be dark stains and lighter stains that may not be as obvious.
Flesh colored figures may have yellowing due to oxidation, pink stains are more prominent in yellow and pastel colored figures, light brown or tan stains may also show up more easily on green, yellow, orange, pastel, and flesh colored figures. There may be spots or markings, but pictures will be taken at an angle to show these, if applicable.
All items and parts will be present in the pictures. If the item is incomplete or missing parts in the picture, then the missing parts are not included in the sale of the item. If an item has multiple pieces and/or components, there will typically be a picture of the pieces separated, except if the item is in original packaging.
If an item is in original packaging and there is a similar item without packaging, a picture of the item without packaging may be used to show the product details, but is not included in the sale for the packaged item.

* Electronics and battery operated items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Items with damage not shown in pictures. This does not include signs of age that occur naturally, such as the yellowing, fading, or light discoloration in vintage toys and rubber figures
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or condition is misrepresented. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@kingkeshi.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To reiterate, returns and refunds are only issued if condition and quality is misrepresented, such as stains not shown in picture. Please use the pictures to determine if you are satisfied with the condition. If you cannot make this determination with the pictures provided, please refrain from purchase and/ or contact at admin@kingkeshi.com
